Secure storage facilities are available for documents, Stationery suppliers, etc (not warehousing). Each tenant has a 6x3 stationery cabinet provided at a designated storeroom in the building in addition to the standard four-draw filing cabinet in each office.
Limited on-site parking is available and set aside for tenant's visitors. High rise parking can be arranged through us at Secure Parking located next door at $110.00 a month. This facility can be incorporated into the rental package. It should be noted that for the convenience of your visitors parking by tenants in the building car park will not be tolerated.
Offices are professionally cleaned as a part of the rental package.
Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are provided. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep these areas clean and hygienic at all times. Conferences and large gatherings are to be catered for by the tenant.

Our master key system gives you 24 hour, 7 days a week access, yet provide you with security from other tenants. Each tenant has an individual pin code for the alarm system which is deleted after that tenant ceases to occupy our building.
Mail will be franked and posted for you each day before 6:00pm. You only pay for franking, there are no administration fees for this service. Bulk mailing are to be coordinated directly with Australia Post, by the tenant. All incoming mail will be sorted and announced immediately upon arrival.
Unbeatable courier rates have been arranged for our tenants. We will be pleased to coordinate shipments.

The Old Melbourne Hotel is situated next door to our property. It offers excellent accommodation and is suitable for recommending to your visitors. Special discounted rates have been arranged for tenants and their visitors.
As a tenant at Compulink you are not required to pay any extra costs for any outgoings - as all outgoings are included in rental.
